1. Who we are

Ouisnap Canada rents photo booths for events across Canada. Head office: Saint-Lambert, Quebec. This website is operated by Ouisnap Canada.

3. Information we collect

We only collect what we need to run our business:

  • Quote requests — name, email, phone number, event date and type, city, plus anything you choose to tell us in the form.
  • Correspondence — email and phone exchanges related to your request or rental.
  • Website analytics — pages viewed, time on site, device type, referral source and approximate location (city), only if you accepted cookies.

We collect no sensitive information, and we never sell or rent your information to third parties.

4. Why we use it

  • Answer your quote requests and manage your rental.
  • Contact you before, during and after your event.
  • Invoice you and meet our accounting and tax obligations.
  • Understand how the site is used so we can improve it (aggregated, anonymous analytics).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

Consent is collected through Axeptio. No analytics cookie is set before you agree: until you accept in the banner, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.

6. Third parties and transfers outside Quebec

We rely on service providers that process some data on our behalf. Some host that data outside Quebec:

  • Google Analytics (Google LLC, United States) — website analytics, only after consent.
  • Tally (European Union) — hosts our quote request form.
  • Axeptio (France) — collects and stores proof of your cookie consent.

These transfers are limited to what the service requires. We share your information with no other organization for commercial purposes.

7. Retention

Quote requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of 24 months. Rental files (contract, invoicing) are kept as long as our accounting and tax obligations require — 6 years after the end of the relevant fiscal year. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics.

8. Your rights

Under Law 25 and PIPEDA, you may:

  • access the information we hold about you;
  • have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
  • withdraw your consent at any time;
  • ask us to delete information that is no longer needed;
  • receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Write to canada@ouisnap.com. We respond within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to quote requests and client files is restricted to people who need it for their work. In the event of a confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury, affected individuals and the Commission d'accès à l'information are notified, as required by Law 25.

10. Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page with a new update date. Current version effective July 28, 2026.
