How does the online gallery work after your event?

How you get in

After your event, we send you a private link to the gallery. What you do with it is up to you: send it to guests, post it in the wedding group chat, drop it into the company's internal newsletter.

Each person opens it in their browser, on phone or computer. There is no app to install, no account to create, no password to remember. That's deliberate: every extra step loses half the audience, and photos nobody retrieves serve no purpose.

Private, not public

Access is limited to whoever holds the link. The gallery isn't indexed by search engines and won't turn up by typing your name. Nobody stumbles onto it.

That distinction matters more than people expect. At a wedding, it reassures guests who would rather not be publicly photographed at two in the morning. In a company, it stops an office party from becoming accidental search-engine illustration.

One year, and what that means

The gallery stays open for 1 year after the event. That's a long time by the standards of digital souvenirs, and it's a deliberate choice: in practice, half the downloads happen well after the first week — when a guest remembers the photo they didn't keep, or when the wedding anniversary comes round.

One piece of advice all the same: download the full set within the first few weeks and keep a copy of your own. A year goes fast, and no online service replaces your own backup.
