Birthday photo booth: how to personalize the experience

How it works

The process runs in four steps, and you're only involved in two.

1. You confirm your booking and your date.
2. We send you a catalogue of customizable themes.
3. Our designers build your filter from the chosen theme and your elements.
4. You approve the artwork, delivered within 24h of receipt.

No theme is imposed, and the catalogue isn't a closed list. It serves as a starting point: many clients pick a base from it, then send us a colour, a typeface or a name to work in. Others arrive with their own idea, and that works just as well.

What you can personalize

The filter applied to the photos

This is the main element: the graphic frame around every photo. Party colours, the name and age of the person celebrating, the date, theme motifs. It's what turns a party snapshot into a souvenir anchored in time and place.

The email message

Every guest receives their photos by email. The text of that message can be personalized: a thank-you, the name of the person celebrating, an inside joke. It's a detail, but it's the last thing your guests read from your party — often the next morning.

A booth children take over

For a children's birthday, the question of usability always comes up. The answer is simple: the interface works from age 5. One tap to shoot, a countdown on screen, and that's it.

In practice, children understand the booth faster than adults and go back again and again. Since captures are unlimited and no host is required, that's no problem at all — it's actually the clearest sign the entertainment is working.

For an adult birthday, the reasoning is the same with one addition: bring props. Adults need an excuse to let go in front of a lens; one pair of ridiculous glasses does it. They're available as an option, on quote.

What your guests take home

HD photos, GIFs and Boomerangs, sent instantly by email and QR code, with no app to install. Everything is also gathered in a private online gallery, available for 1 year after the party.

Add to that the video compilation of the best moments, generated automatically. At a milestone birthday — a 40th, a 50th, a wedding anniversary — it's often what the person celebrating keeps longest.
